"I use a generative art (not to be confused with generative artificial intelligence) process to render my artistic ideas. To do this, I write computer code that combines elements of randomness, repetition, colour-theory and mathematics. My code produces dynamic visuals that I capture as still images printed on canvas. To create the pieces shown here today, I wrote code that draws on patterns of hue, saturation or brightness in some of my photographs of crocuses."
